  This is very unprofessional place, people go there not because they are cheap, rather rely on Toyota's reputation - this place is just violating that overall reputation. They are costing way too high than local service centre. So, people expect to get professional service. I will no way advise anybody to go there.

  Very poor experience. I gave my car for servicing here at Stewart Toyota Rockdale as a local and due to Toyota's reputation, I just leave opposite to the service centre. I dealt with Josh Saville. However, when we got the car back, we have noticed they have misplaced 2 baby seats which we set up inside the car by professional people. Also, in the back boot, they have made some damage. Josh acknowledged that they had to remove the baby seats as they had to move the back seats due to (?)fuel injection or some other task. But he clearly told me that the damage in the boot was already there when he got the car. This clearly gave me the information that he was lying and didn't want to take responsibility of the damage. Because, I have checked my car about 5 minutes ago at my building car park as I had to remove some of baby staffs from the boot and then drove it to the service centre.

  This review is for the parts department. The sales person was very polite and helpful, however the service response time was rather slow. Seems like the parts department is under staffed as there was a wait of several minutes before a staff member arrived after ringing the service bell at the counter.

  There was no staff manning the service counter, and no ability for staff to look up parts / vin numbers or parts details at the counter. (Which meant staff would need to dissapear for lengths of time in order to look up parts details and return minutes later to the customer with any details).
