  So rude!!! A trolley load of items worth over $150 and three months pregnant and I'm told that assisted check is closed to go to self check out, no one helped and there is never any bags, you always have to ask then your made to feel like your an inconvenience. Not Impressed at all.

  To start with, I am a migrant(Nepalese). I live in Rockdale. I visit Big W at least twice a week. 95% staff are helpful and friendly, however few are lazy, poker faced acts as they were working there for free. Discriminates people. Especially migrants from south Asian countries seems to be moody and not happy at their work. Cheer up guys!

  Horrible. We've been here for over a decade maybe 15 years. The staff at this store have been horrible. When we "reserved" an Ipad years ago it took FOREVER! I am talking months almost half a year. By that time the price went down and we paid the price before waiting. We knew family friends at good guys who were going to give it to us cheaper. Idk why we bought here. Also a lady with thinning hair fringe skinny skeleton horrible lady was racist abusive towards my mum holding us and calling someone another staff or security saying we stole something when we didn't happening multiple times. She doesn't check everyone's bags only non-whites. When my mum came to return something she also thought my mum stole something. There's nothing valuable in this store anyway. When my mum held earrings close to her ear this lady says STOP STOP STOP can't do that health safety what the hell. I've taken photos of these 2 ladies tempted to post. We bought ALOT of things here over the years. Can't wait til we move houses soon and relocate somewhere else as clearly there is a little bit of a difference. Rockdale shouldn't be that bad anyway it's technically close to the city but farther from the city their shopping centres are better.

  Very rude.. understanding they have heaps to do but comon mate u could at least be more poileted towards your customers as well first time and will be for sure my last hate how they speak and service me. Please next time work on your manners
