    The staff there seem to think every customer is just there to claim money from the government and look down on them. No care given if you waited for more than 2hours, staff members rude and disrespectful. Monkeys might do a better job.

    The worst service every single time. They need to fire that tall woman with the glasses. She has been there as long as the fixtures and is the most rudest soul there.

    The staff here are okay to talk to once you get around the shield they've created from being around a lot of people with different personalities.

    The most inept and difficult telephone experience of my life. Virtually impossible to be put through to the correct department. They should review their recruitment policies. Unacceptable.

    They have two waiting areas and some computers you can use for Centrelink.

    Never have I been so rudely spoken to in my life. The man behind the front desk was extremely patronising and spoke to me as if I was an idiot. He was not helpful at all.
