  Paid fines upto date which they confirmed on the phone but did not give a reference number. They got sent parking fine notices again for what was already paid. Then they plead helplessness. No other state in Australia makes such errors and then imposes license suspensions for parking fines made by error on their part.

  1.did not like the idea of Mail license to you that could take up to 2 weeks where it was straight forward before,same day.

  Extremely inefficient system. Fined for parking over in the same spot twice within 30 min and then a threatening letter of license suspension. It is their error but upto me to prove their error.

  Took a driving test... just to hear unfortunately you have too much experience driving... huh? Seriously! so how do I get unexperienced. Don't recommend anyone to go Rockdale Rta take a test somewhere else. (Converting International license to Aus).

  2.horrible quality of picture in my license card ,I can't even recognise my self. Absolutely rubbish quality picture,Dark and fade .not sure if it's the camera or the place.
