  Have been buying pet products for 30 years in the St George district. Discovered Pet O recently and have been going there exclusively. Knowledgeable, helpful staff (who helped carry purchases out to the car on 2 occasions), plus plenty of stock to choose from. Would highly recommend this store.

  I just bought my first product from this place and I won't be coming back. I bought a cat tunnel for my cat, Ellie. The cashier was neither friendly nor bitter--she was just there. She rang up my order, handed me the cat tunnel with the receipt on top. No bag. She didn't even ask me if I wanted a bag or not. At first, I thought, "Hmm..." as I walked out. I thought about turning back and asking for a bag. But then I thought, "Forget it. I'll just write a review."

  I discovered this shop on the way back from work. I have bought cat beds, food, litter and toys and everytime I visit this store all the ladies are so helpful. They always are friendly, willing to help and do not rush you.
