    First and last online shopping at Woolworths for sure! The service is just shameful.

    One rude and untrained staff who does not know anything about customer service yelled at me to be quick because of one man had full trolley queuing behind me. Why can she be so discriminative to their customers. So surprised to receive such customer service. I better start shopping at ALDI instead, with cheaper goods.

    I bought a 3kgs net of navel oranges, the taste was good, but they were vey dry , to the point that we couldn't eat them. Sorry guys

    Staff are relatively helpful and fresh produce is not as fresh as it could be.

    Ordered online to pick up in store. Not only I had to wait for the order for about 10min once I got to the store (after receiving a message saying it was ready for pick up and I advised when I was on my way as per requested). After I got home I realise quite a few items are missing so I gave them a call and the girl goes "oh yeah! There is another bag here for you!!....so she was not planning to give me a call to let me know???
